Our Black Friday Sale begins on 19th November 2024 at 6:00 PM AEST and ends on 2nd December 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST. All discounts and offers are only valid during this period. We CANNOT extend the discount outside of this period. We understand it can be disappointing when you purchase a product at full price, however, it is universally known that most businesses run Black Friday Sales. The advantages of buying pre-sale, is that you get your product for extra time to enjoy … and most importantly, you are more inclined to be guaranteed the colour / style you would like.

All products are subject to availability. Limited stock is available for selected sale items, and discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once items are sold out, they will no longer be available at the promotional price.

Sale bought during the Black Friday Sale can be returned or exchanged within 14-days of receiving your order, providing the item is in the condition we sent to you. There will be a 10% restocking fee. Clearance items can NOT be returned or exchanged!

We ask that you email us a photograph of the item before returning to hello@sinclo.com.au – so we can ensure they are in resalable condition.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged. As per our Returns Policy.

Damaged Packaging – if an item is returned with no packaging or damaged packaging. Or the bean bag cover has been removed from the packaging and not refolded, then we will not offer a refund … as this will be considered a used product.

Sinclo reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if the promotional discount was applied in error or if the order violates any of the terms and conditions.If an order adjustment is necessary, customers will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.Please ensure you put the correct address and add the correct items, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your order. We cannot take any responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect address.
