I have received my bottle but the design was not as I wanted it to be due to a slight miscommunication. I reached out to Kate and she replaced the bottle and I sent back the old one. I love, love, love the new one sent.

Absolutely love this water bottle! It’s the perfect size to carry around and keeps your water so perfectly cold, even in the heatwave days of 39 left it the car for a couple of house and it was still icy cold!

I got one for my daughter for a daycare bottle, and its fantastic! We take it everywhere. She had ice cubes in it that were still frozen the next day! She loves it. Ill be getting one for myself.

The Babi is ideal for the small space in a car door storage area. My only complaint is that my bottle has a sharp edge on one side of the flip up lid which needs filing to smooth it out But in general I must say the company was excellent to deal with. Their communication was exceptional and I can honestly recommend them

The lid handle was positioned directly over the engraved name. After reaching out, Kate responded with genuine understanding and care, and offered a thoughtful solution to fix the issue.

We as a family have been trying different drink bottles to find what we want in a drink bottle. 1 keep drink cold, 2 stainless steel straw, 3 easy clean and no where to mould to hide, 4 Australian bands.
Well SINCLO have been amazing , they keep drink colder for longer than the popular non Aust brand”Y”. We got 2 different lids and love them both, east to clean. stainless steel straw ✅. They look and feel amazing and not heavy . 100% will be buying more.
