This bottle is amazing for my daily use. I love that it doesn’t leak like some bottles I’ve had. Love the colour, love the straw lid.
I love my Sinclo bottle! I also purchased some for gifts for my son’s educators and they have all said they love their bottles! The engraving is amazing and I love that there are different ways to drink from your bottle.
Sinclo were also very very helpful when Australia Post shipped my parcel to the other side of the country. I couldn’t fault them at all.
Love the colours and the cute designed name engraved . Love that the straw has the additional part to stop it from falling out. My only reason for the 4 stars is it leaks out the little hole near straw when knocked over . Which my child does frequently

I really loved receiving this order! The quality and colours of this water bottle are incredible and I was so happy with the engraving- all round, absolutely wonderful service, I WILL be ordering again!!
So disappointing! I really wanted to love these lids for my kids, got TWO of them because your ads were so convincing. Lids are hard to remove and put back. Straw falls out all the time and you cant put it up too much or the lid won't close. My 4 year old ended up damaging the straw tube because he tried to put the straw back himself and it ripped through it super easily. These are only a few weeks old, so it's extremely disappointing to have to either buy different lids from you guys to fit the bottles or spend money on two brand new waterbottles somewhere else.
I emailed sinclo with a custom request for a design from a photo I had, Kate was amazing she gave me two different options, and sent me a preview of the design which turned out even better than the picture
I am so very happy not only with the unique design and fantastic customer service but the drink bottle is great keeps the water cold all day

The Babi is just the perfect size to take with me when I’m doing errands, exercise, walks, work. It fits perfectly in my bag without having to carry bulky water bottles and the Maddy lid ensures nothing leaks.
My coffee stays really hot and my water stays lovely and cool for ages. Love the personalised engraving, just makes it more special. I will definitely be buying other lids and different colours, just love that I can mix and match with my mood for the day. Highly recommended!

This is a perfect size & designed water bottle for ages 1.5 to 99 - so versatile with the lid configurations and the metal straw is just the cherry on top.
The customer service from Kate & the team at Sinclo is seriously outstanding. Small little hiccup that could not have been rectified any better, so professional but also so human and understanding. Felt like i was chatting with a friend who cared. Kate had no reason to go above and beyond but just did from the kindness of her heart. Its not just a water bottle your buying. Its a familys hard work and appreciation for quality.
I cant wait to purchase the whole range of bottles over time and have them sitting pretty and personalised in the cupboard and on our benches.

I loved my Sammy bottle so much, I got a smaller one for my toddler - and she loves hers just as much. The bottle keeps my water cold all day and I'm forever getting compliments on the engravings. The quality of the pet portrait is incredible!
Seeing as my original review was deleted. I will post again, as I believe the buyer should receive honestly reviews about a product. This lid is way too fiddly, it is extremely difficult to get the mouthpiece out of the lid to clean it. I would love the owners to upload a slowed down step my step guide to explain how this can be done, as my daughter does love her bottle. Getting the mouthpiece in is also extremely difficult, as it doesn’t line up very easily. I would choose a different lid if I were you.
The service is really awesome, I had a problem with my order and wrote an e-mail and they just helped me really fast and super friendly. The quality from the bottles is really good, they are easy to clean and super bright and shiny in the colour. The order is made really fast and even shipped quite fast, looking at the distance it comes from. Really great work and nice business.
This lid is too fiddly. Getting the mouthpiece out of the lid to clean it is an absolute nightmare. Would love a real time demonstration for how to do it correctly. Getting it back in is also a pain to do. Sorry but wouldn’t recommend this lid at all.

The kids loved my personalised sinclo bottle so much that they were begging to have their own. The best bottles, keeps water nice and cold and the absolute cutest personalisation. I’ve lost count of the amount of compliments I’ve received!
I ordered a Stevie bottle with custom engravings, and it was love at first sight. I've now been using it for over six months, and have been impressed at how well it's held up under active use. Most of my other water bottles have gotten scratched or dented from being put in bicycle bottle racks or being accidentally dropped, but my Stevie is still unmarked - partly thanks to the silicone boot. It's also stayed white!
I do mostly drink tea out of it so I ended up buying a second lid as a spare, which lets me leave one soaking to get the tea stains out while I use the other. The great thing is that the tea stains come out with minimal effort, so the bottle looks as good as new.
Overall, it's a beautiful bottle - and better yet, it stands the test of time.
Have been using the bottle for 1 week now it is the perfect bottle that i need. I keep it to store my coffee, no spill, drink smoothly and very easy to clean 🥰🥰 Look forward to my next purchase. I also love the fact that i can customize the lid and the bottle color 💕🥰 A satisfied customer hereeeee
The bottle is great and the engraving looks lovely. The order arrived quickly. I ordered two bottles and boots for me and my son to match. Unfortunately the matching bottle boot for the Babi was sold out so I ordered a close colour. The lovely people at Sinclo obviously understood my intention and they managed to find a matching boot and included it in my order with a sweet note. So grateful for their thoughtfulness!
Love the idea but the execution needs work. The angle of the mouth piece is odd to drink from, the 'lid' gets stuck down when the mouth piece is up and it's hard to get back up in order to close. You can't push the straw up too far or the mouth piece won't close, but if you don't push it up high enough it falls out.
Fell in love with mine & so i had to buy the whole family one! Love everything about it, the colour, the durability, the fact it fits every cup holder...only negative is I didn't personalise mine & I wish I did!
After a very long search my husband has finally found a coffee cup that meets all his requirements. The engraved message was perfect. The staff were easily contactable and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
