All orders are sent via Australia Post from our Gold Coast based warehouse and typically take between 2-6 business days to arrive after they have been dispatched.

Express Shipping orders are sent via Australia Post Express and typically take between 1-3 business days to arrive after they have been dispatched.

 Duties & Taxes

When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, Sinclo cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery dates supplied by Sinclo are a best estimate only and Sinclo will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.

Please note that all international returns for change of mind will be made at the customer’s expense.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification via email containing a tracking number from one of our shipping partners. 

Follow the directions on your confirmation email or notification to track your package.
