all sinclo bottles are made from 304 / 18-8 food grade stainless steel. built to last, won't rust, and won't leach any nasties into your drinks.

nope! all of our bottles and lids are 100% BPA free.

the most recent lab results from our manufacturer show no lead detected in either the paintwork or the stainless steel.

we have six lids for the Babi, Stevie, Sammy and Biggie - trenty (flip lid with handle), claudy (straw lid with handle), pauly (flip lid no handle), chrissy (stainless steel screw lid), boofy (pet bowl lid), and maddy (straw lid with silicone handle). the Gaily has its own dedicated lid.

all straw lids come with a plastic straw as standard. you can upgrade to silicone or stainless steel - just select your preference when adding to cart.

the Babi (400ml), Stevie (675ml) and Gaily (1.2L) all fit standard car cupholders. the Sammy (1.15L) and Biggie (2.5L) are too big - but worth the extra bag space!

babi — 400ml, perfect keep cup. stevie — 675ml, the everyday all-rounder. sammy — 1.15L, for long days. gaily — 1.2L, big hydration that still fits your cupholder. biggie — 2.5L, for people who mean business.

yes! double-walled insulation keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours and ice cold for up to 24 hours.

all bottles and lids (except the Chrissy lid) can go in the dishwasher - top shelf only. we recommend handwashing to keep the powder coating looking its best for longer.

all our bottles are wide-mouthed so you can get right in there. we also sell silicone bottle brush cleaning sets to make it even easier.

all sinclo bottles have a powder coating - matte finish, slightly textured. powder coating is far more durable than paint, so no flaking or peeling with normal use.

the Babi and Stevie are both popular with kids of all ages - especially with a custom name engraving so they don't go missing at school or kindy. just keep in mind they're not break-proof and aren't toys.

choose your size, colour, lid style and name engraving directly on the product page. you can also add extra engraving designs via the engraving add-ons page. standard engravings are turned around within one business day. custom pet portrait engravings may take up to three business days. turnaround times may vary during peak periods.

absolutely — most of our orders are gifts! just enter the name you'd like engraved when you customise your bottle. add a gift message note at checkout and we'll make it special.

absolutely — we can fit as many as the bottle allows! just let us know your preferred positioning and we'll make it work.

yes! we offer gift wrapping for an additional cost. you can add it on at checkout.

standard shipping - $5.95. express shipping - $11.95. all orders are sent via Australia Post from our Gold Coast warehouse.

non-custom orders placed before 12pm are dispatched same day. standard shipping typically takes 2–6 business days. express takes 1–3 business days. during sale periods, please allow up to 10 days for dispatch.

yes! we currently ship to New Zealand and the UK. international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

yes - as long as the bottle hasn't been used and is still in its original packaging. you'll just need to cover the return shipping. email us at hello@sinclo.com.au and we'll sort it out. We don't accept returns or exchanges on engraved bottles as each one is made to order, unless your bottle arrives faulty or damaged - in that case we'll always make it right

first — check inside the lid for the small silicone ring. it sometimes pops out and just needs to be pressed back in. if that doesn't fix it, email us at hello@sinclo.com.au and we'll help you out.
