I unknowingly placed (and paid for) two identical orders DOH! Rather than just processing both orders, the customer service team picked up the error, placed one order on hold and emailed me to check that I had intended to order two of the exact same bottle/engraving... Absolutely went above and beyond!

The bottle (I had intended to order haha) arrived SO quickly and the engraving is perfect - my little one is thrilled with his 'sharkie' emoji ❤️ thanks team!

So impressed with the quality of the product and how fast we received the water bottle! My daughter absolutely loves it and keeps her water cool for daycare and is a hard and durable water bottle and looks beautiful! will definitely be ordering more for the whole family!

I cannot speak any better about these guys, my bottle lid was faulty, so they sent me two different ones with 2 different type straws for free, fixed it right up and I love our bottles!!!
