How to?

1. Upload a clear well naturally lit photo of your pet. We can only engrave the image as it is so any blurry or unclear images will be engraved as that. Please also be mindful of shadows and shades as again the laser engraving will reflect this. 

2. You can choose the option if you would like to have an engraving proof emailed through to you prior to us engraving and shipping your bottle. This will be completed on a test bottle and a video will be emailed through. Otherwise if you trust our judgement you can opt for us to go ahead and engrave the portrait!

2. Let us know if you would like just the head or full body.

3. If you have more than one bottle in your cart - please let us know which bottle you would like this engraved on. 

4. Add to cart and we'll either have the bottle shipped within 1 business day if no proof necessary or we'll reach out via email in 48-72 hours with the proof to confirm the engraving!


PSA - the lighter the bottle colour the clearer the image - we don't recommend brown bottles and will usually reject these.

I recommend this engraving so much! I bought the Sammy 1.15L In blue and added a pet engraving. The engraving turned out so amazing and looks exactly like our dog, I am obsessed! This was a present to my mother and she absolutely loved it!

I highly recommend Sinclo for all your emotional support water bottle needs!Their customer service is second to none. The quality of the water bottles is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I ordered the Babi water bottle in the blue which is such a gorgeous colour! I added the engraving of my fur baby which is the best feature ever (GO SINCLO!) I love it sooooo much, the engraving is amazing and looks exactly like my pup down to the finer details. Marlo loves drinking from his boofy pet lid and the water stays so cold for so long. I offered my feedback on the placement of the pet portrait in proportion to the lid and Owner Kate was so appreciative of my feedback. I am completely impressed with their professionalism and consistently supportive and responsive customer service. Pricing is fair for the high quality of the water bottle and all prices are very transparent - definitely value for money. The bottle not only looks expensive but feels expensive.
