How does it work?
Choose your bottle size, pick your lid style and enter your full name (first & last name) and then once we've received your order we will film the process of us creating the bottle. The bottle will be a complete surprise to you until you receive it and we will not upload the video of the bottle being created until we know it has been delivered so it's not ruined!
Can I choose to not include certain options?
Yesss we have the option once you're on the chosen bottle size product page where you can select the switch toggle button to choose exclusions.
If I'm not happy with my bottle can I return it?
Unfortunately not - this is a custom product so we can't accept returns. This is a game of chance so only play if you're happy enough to risk the outcome.
If you want to guarantee the outcome of your bottle then you'll have to order the bottle normally exactly as you would like it!
Can I still add other extras to my bottle?
Sure! The only thing is depending on what the outcome is from the dice but any extra engravings could always be added to the back of the bottle. Any extras we'll just add off camera when filming ◡̈
